"Sometimes you hear of these weight loss programs that "WORK". I was hesitant to be a statistic of a program that did not work. To my surprise, this program worked. With the mental, physical and emotional support of my coach, I was able to be consistent in my journey to loosing 11.6lbs and 14 inches. I am a teacher during the day and full time mother at night, so my schedule was a bit hectic, but I made it work and did what I had to do. From running at 5:30am before work, to doing an exercise routine while my daughter was asleep, I got it done! The experience was great. I will be continue training to keep loosing more weight and toning my body. (It's such a great stress reliever!) "I had never done any diets until participating in the weight shred program because I just think that diets out there have too many restrictions and / or are too complicated. I decided to give this a try because I was interested in seeing if it actually worked and if it was one of those restrictive and complicated diets. The truth is it really works (I lost 11lbs.) and it is not complicated at all. It's a very easy to follow diet that you'll somewhat memorize because you eat and drink a lot of water throughout the day at the same time everyday. While these set times didn't work all the time because of my teaching, I made it work with my schedule. I pushed myself and when I didn't have time for the midday workout, I opted to be active another way such as: walk to the gym to make up for it. Thanks to Coach Alex and other participants in the community for motivational worlds. I stayed committed and motivated. I would recommend the program to anyone, especially people who are looking for easy to make, healthy, delicious recipes as they start a healthier lifestyle."

"I must say I was skeptical coming into this program. Lose 10-20lb. in 6 weeks yeah right. I expected the diet change and intense exercising, but what I did not expect was the results. I lost 14lbs with in the first 30 days. To say I'm now a believer is an understatement. I had to make some adjustments to my eating schedule because I work a 9-5 and I was only able to exercise once a day for an hour, yet I still lost that much weight its amazing. I would definitely recommend this program to friends, family and anyone else looking for a start to a healthy lifestyle.
